1no Green bellpepper (diced)
1 Large Onion (diced)
1tsp Chilly powder
1/2tsp Pepper powder
1/2tsp Cumin powder
1/2tsp Garam masala powder
2tsp Oil
Salt
Oil for cooking
Stir well until they gets well coated with the spice powder.

250grams Additional firm tofu (diced)

Salt
Oil for cooking
Take the chilly powder, pepper powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,salt in a bowl.
Add the oil and add in the tofu,onion & bellpepper dices.
Stir well until they gets well coated with the spice powder.
Hold aside for an hour.
On a skewer, alternate dices of tofu with bellpepper and onions dices.
Heat enough oil in a pan,drop the skewers and cook in medium flame until they gets well cooked.
Serve warm.
