Nannari sarbath lassi recipe a fast easy and refreshing drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled thick curd
  • 1/4 cup chilled (boiled and cooled)
  • 3 tbsp nannari sarbath
  • 1 tsp chopped nuts for garnish(optional)

Instructions

  • To a mixing jug, add curd, then add chilled milk and nannari syrup.

  • Mingle well until frothy and serve instantly.I did not add sugar as the sweetness in the syrup was just right.If you want you can add a tsp of sugar while blending.I used my blender you can use mixer too.

  • Serve chilled with chopped almonds and a drizzle of nannari syrup.

Notes

  • Add sugar whether needed.
  • If your milk and curd is not chilled add icedices wuile blending in that case user mixer to blend.I used my blender attachment.
